Trafalgar Entertainment is home to Trafalgar Theatres (with 23 venues in the UK, Sydney, London, and across the UK), including four London Theatres – Trafalgar Theatre, The Bridge Theatre, The Lightroom King’s Cross and the new British Airways Theatre, Olympia, Trafalgar Releasing Ltd (distributors of specialised content to over 13,000 cinemas, television and other broadcast platforms in more than 132 countries worldwide, with content ranging from Beyoncé to the Royal Opera House), Stagecoach Performing Arts, Drama Kids, Trafalgar Tickets, London Theatre Direct (one of London and the UK’s leading ticket retailers and distributors), Stagedoor, Jonathan Church Theatre Productions and Imagine Theatre (one of the UK’s biggest pantomime and family entertainment producers with 21 pantomimes in 2025/26).
A principal shareholder of Trafalgar Entertainment is Barings Alternative Investment, which operates as a subsidiary of MassMutual Holding LLC, with assets under management of US$771 billion. Other shareholders include Greg Dyke, James Tanner, NWH Consulting Ltd, Sir Richard Branson and Griffon Corporation, Sir Howard Panter and Dame Rosemary Squire.
Before Trafalgar Entertainment, Howard and Rosemary built from scratch and ran for its first 25 years, the world’s largest and most successful live theatre business – the Ambassador Theatre Group Ltd (ATG). Under their leadership, ATG became a premier international theatre owner and prolific, successful global producer.
